INSPIRING HOMES: UNA COCINA AZUL

¡Hola a todos! He de reconocer que la casa protagonista del blog esta semana, me ha sorprendido hasta a mi. Las posibilidades cromáticas de las cocinas son inmensas pero, esta vez, además de la que me parece una acertadísima elección del color, ese mismo tono es el de la pared tanto en pintura como en azulejos. Esta estrategia tiene dos ventajas, en primer lugar, el carácter que le aporta a la vivienda es innegable. Una cocina con personalidad propia, que sorprende y encanta a partes iguales. Pero, por otra parte, unificar el tono de muebles y pared, sea cual sea el color elegido, hace que los muebles «desaparezcan»  y se integren mucho mejor en la estancia. Esto es especialmente útil en el caso de cocinas abiertas, por ejemplo, al salón, el fondo de color se convierte en un elemento decorativo por sí mismo.

Además, si estáis pensando que es una opción solo apta para grandes espacios, os diré que el apartamento que os enseño tiene tan solo 37m2. Por lo que el tamaño, como ya os he contado en otras ocasiones no es impedimento para aplicarlo en nuestra casa. ¿Qué me decís? ¿Os animáis con un «color block» (así es como bautizaron, hace no mucho, a la idea de emplear un solo color en todas las prendas a la hora de vestir) en casa? Contadme.

This strategy has two advantages, in the first place, the character that it brings to the housing is undeniable. A kitchen with its own personality, that surprises and charms in equal parts. But, on the other hand, unifying the tone of furniture and wall, whatever the chosen color, makes the furniture «disappear» and it is integrated much better in the room. This is especially useful in the case of open kitchens because the color becomes a decorative element by itself. Also, if you are thinking that it is an option only suitable for huge spaces, I will tell you that the apartment I teach you has only 37m2.
