ADNET MIRROR: ESPEJOS REDONDOS

El protagonista del post de esta semana es un objeto sutil pero, a mi parecer, lleno de estilo. Se trata del espejo Adnet. Es un espejo un tanto peculiar, diseñado por el arquitecto e interiorista francés Jacques Adnet en 1950 para la exclusiva firma Hermès. La peculiaridad de su diseño, al margen de su forma, es la manera en la que está recubierto.

El espejo está forrado en cuero y con ese mismo cuero podemos colgarlo en la pared, gracias a una correa en este material ajustable en altura por medio de hebillas. Es una pieza elegantísima y de aspecto absolutamente contemporáneo a pesar del más de medio siglo que ya cumple.

Es una de las tendencias que ha llegado para quedarse. Así que a pesar de su elevadisimo precio, podemos encontrar espejos muy similares y en versión low-cost. ¿Qué os parece?¿Lo conocíais?

It is a somewhat peculiar mirror, designed by the French architect and interior designer Jacques Adnet in 1950 for the exclusive brand Hermès. The mirror is borded with leather and with leather can hang on the wall, thanks to a strap in this material height adjustable through buckles. It is a very elegant and looks contemporary despite more than half a century already met.
